Light fittings are things that not many people think about very often. However, the lighting in a room can cause us to feel a certain mood or enhance the atmosphere we want to create in that room. The effect can be stunning. And all from just changing the existing light fixtures and fittings. You could even go the whole hog and have an exit sign over the door or a few speciality lights higher up out of line of sight so that they are not distracting " say, a 1970s style lunar lamp and a fibre-optic lamp, for amusement or as a talking point while waiting for the film or snacks to be prepared.

The Best Seven Album By The Flaming Lips

The Flaming Lips 12th album, Embryonic, is set to come out sometime this year. With that in mind, here's a look back at the best seven Lips albums to date. They are ordered by time not by greatness!

In a Priest Driven Ambulance (1990) - For some Lips fans this is still their greatest album. While I personally don't personally have that belief, you are a noise rock fanatic then you may have that opinion too. If you are new to the band and have been brought into the fold by some of their more recent albums then you may find this one a bit difficult to listen to at first, but I recommend giving it at least a few spins to give it a fair shot because there's some great songs on this album.

Hit to Death in the Future Head (1992) - I think Hit to Death... is an underrated Lips album that deserves far more praise than it gets. I hear a big advance from Priest... to Hit to Death... as far as sonic experimentation and psychedelia.

Transmission from the Satellite Heart (1993) - This is probably the Lips most overrated album because it has their most overrated song, "She Don't Use Jelly," on it. It's still a great album though because a lot of the other songs are very good.

Clouds Taste Metallic (1995) - I think this is the album that works as sort of the encapsulation of the best of the previous three albums. If you are wanting to start digging into the Lips back catalog after first being introduced to the band with their more recent work, this is probably the album to start with.

Zaireeka (1997) - This album is actually four albums that you play at once. You read that correctly. It's really too much to describe here. If you are someone interested in experimental music and experiencing music (rather than merely listening to it) then I definitely suggest you look into this release further.

The Soft Bulletin (1999) - My favorite Lips album to date. It's just about as perfect as psychedelic pop rock music can get. It's experimental yet classic at the same time.

Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots (2002) - This was an exciting new direction in 2002. Sadly I think the Lips overplayed this hand with 2006's At War with the Mystics which is, in my opinion, the worst Lips album since the "bad old days" of the 1980s. - 23806

This film boasts of many different renowned musical people who have made their presence in this project. John Travolta is the hero of all and he is the one who sings and speaks for the hero of this movie Bolt on whom the movie story line is based on.

Bolt is a small and cute German Shepherd who spend his life in the sets of a TV show. He is known by his close inmates as the super dog, which possesses a few super powers with him. Because of the fact that he was always praised right from his childhood days, he thinks himself as a hero himself. Only when he gets transported to New York he finds that he is just a usual dog and one among the other thousands of other dogs. Later he gets two friends namely Mittens and Rhino. Mittens is a cynical tamed cat and Rhino is a hamster and he's an ardent fan of Bolt after seeing him in many different TV episodes.

Later Mittens and Rhino befriend him and some to his rescue. Mittens are a cynical home cat and Rhino is a Hamster who is always pre occupied with the TV shows and he himself is a big fan of Bolt. All the three friends join hands and they try to find a way out to send Bolt back to his own home town. In this process, Bolt happens to undergo a many hindrances. Bolt then prepares him to face all the odds and in the process transforms him into a better being and this is the most touching part of the story.
