Learning to Play the Piano by Ear

Haven't you realized that if you can hum a tune, then you are capable of playing that tune?

Some musicians, professional in their own art, didn't start their career through any manuals or instructors. What they did is follow the tone that they hear and play along the beating of the music. No notes, no mentors.

1 - Get your things in order. You will of course require a keyboard or piano, whichever you have. You just have to be able to use at least 3 fingers. You will need adequate time for practicing. Make sure the piano is in tune.

2 - A regular piano happens to be made up of 88 keys. (A keyboard has less keys.) There is a total of 12 notes counting the regular notes, sharp notes, and flat notes. The white notes begin with an A note, then the white notes go like B, then C, then D, then E, then F, and finally G.

Following the last G white note it starts over with the A note and continues to repeat. The whole sequence is actually repeated a total o 7 times. The same follows with the black notes that are the sharps and flat notes.

3 - The Home is is also the not C. To find this C note look at the white note at the left of the pair of black keys not the threesome. If you still feel baffled the look closely at your piano. The very middle note on the piano is a C note. In fact it is called middle C. This is the beginning note in the C major chord.

If what you know about playing the piano is out dated, how is this going to control you decisions and actions? Be sure to not ignore important information on playing the piano.

The right thumb is number 1 due to it going on C in the middle. From here you have to count the keys that go to the right. This include the black keys too.

When you reach 5, that note is the second note of the C chord. Put your middle finger on it. Then counting from 5 count the notes to 8, this will be the final note of the C chord. Place your little finger on that key.

Sound it all together and you'll hear quite an impressive cycle.

4. Be familiar in using the above mentioned sequence... 1, 5, 8 counting. You could start with any note, just be sure that when you count, include the flats and sharps.

Use these chords as your roots. This will work perfectly if you decided to start on a sharp. You'll be making a sharp chord by then.

5. If you have time on practicing these easy chords, you'll finally realize that through counting and attentive listening, you'll easily get through.

As an example, when the number 5 in the chord goes down by 1 key then you are on number 4 key. This makes the major chord turn into a minor chord.

Now, if you're playing for a C chord, all you have to do is move your finger one key to the left to be able to produce a C minor.

The benefits of good listening you will start knowing different tones. You will also be capable of hearing variations in a tune. This is true as long as you hearing is good enough.

Pieces of advice:

Don't just do your practicing in the middle of your piano. Many keys are available for you to select.

Don't limit yourself in using one or two fingers. Through practice, you could use all fingers including both hands.

Practice.

Particulars About The Transformers 2 Character Scorponok

All we are going to observe in the next month i.e. June 2009 will be the film which is likely and predictable to stand at the top on the film charts for numerous months just like its sequel film Transformers. Yes, I am talking about Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen. The Transformers grossed $320 million alone in America when it was released in 2007, and this time expectations are even elevated for its sequel.

It is a science ingenious written film and has been filmed on $200 million financial arrangement which is $50 million more than the preceding film. It is all about the war between two creatures, Autobots and Decepticons.

In Transformers universes, Scorponok is the name collectively given to various fictional characters. In this motion picture, it is very different both in sizes and personalities. Scorponok's nature is usually related to devastation and the root of hopelessness with his noxious function of challenging sorrow and pain to all that comes his way. Scorponok is the chief of the Decepticon Headmasters.

Scorponok can have three particular modes. He can become a mammoth scorpion which is his basic mode. He has massive claws by which he can squeeze anything which gets in his way. He has trait of firing mortal electric blasts with his tail and can thus leave everything and anything dead. His other two modes are also very interesting and have many weaponry features. As a base mode, he can alter himself into a dual gunned robot.

Scorponok was primarily introduced in the US Marvel Comics in which he had copious challengers. In the series, Scorponok was the chief of Decepticons. He was called by Lord Zarak, a dishonest politician to Nebulos planet to throw away Fortress Maximus and all Autobots in the planet. Zarak was wicked dictator whose prime objective was to rule the public of the planet and put them under slavery and repression.

Zarak devised a plan to send Autobots and Decepticons to earth to progress their battle, and thus save Nebulos from any harm and destruction. This is where transformers traveled to historical earth to fight this battle.

In the next series, you would again see the historic rivalry between two groups. In the third series, Scorponok had a meeting under the leadership of Ratbat. Scorponok became successful against Ratbat in the battle, and thus became more powerful by having great number of earthbound Decepticons.

Optimus Prime surrenders before the battle with Unicron at the end of the series, and Scorponok wins. This battle is the last surfacing of Scorponok in the US comics, although you could see more of him in the UK edition. In the peak credible future, he battled amid Megatron and Shockwave so that he could place the crown of Decopticon's leadership on his head, but fatefully he was regularly trodden. Hot Rod is the one to whom Scorponok surrendered. The battle was against Decepticons and Scorponok, and he in the end escaped from their clutch. The sequel to Transformers 2007, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, has two major personalities: the Autobots and the Decepticons. Hightower is one of the famous Decepticons in Transformers 2. This personality plays a significant role in the development of the tale and in the representation of the awfulness of the wickedness.

Hightower is one of the Constructions amongst the Decepticons. Decepticons are personalities that are representations of bad deeds such as seizing power sources, messing up with persons, and combating with Autobots. Lead by violence, he is obstinate in behaviour, like the demon while he was undergoing his fall.

These Constructions are the engineers and makers of the Decepticons which can make in to a huge robot when joint collectively. They have the ability to bring simultaneously their brain and body to bring about overwhelming outcomes.

Hightower is characterised by antagonistic traits, having combating qualities. He has the capability to transform into an exceedingly large truss crane. Hightower truly depicts the evil force, ready to go to any level to destruct the world and humanity. Constructions/Decepticons combine, to form a new shape or weapon to fulfil the desired destructive purpose. When Hightower combines with the other Constructions in the movie, they form the left arm of the Devastator.

The Devastator becomes an enormous combating machine, which gives a big danger to the concord and endurance of the world and humankind. He, with the assistance of Constructions, makes a 120 feet tall contestant. It presents a tough contestant to the competent armed. Its pure instinct is battling. Without much of the body comprising and depending upon brain, it is much more a projection of strength. The Devastator comprises of 7 Constructions, making a huge personification of negative forces.

Features About The Transformers 2 Character Barricade

The recent passion for the forthcoming movie is on the budge. The talk about Transformers 2 doesn't end. Further to the statement of the official label, Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen, there are some newest details to share with the fans of Transformers. If you are a real Transformer fan, then it's a big news for you that the movie is about to be released in only some weeks from now.

The action shown in the movie is unbelievable and is certain to entertain you. This class of accomplishment has increased the number of fans of Michael Bay, who is the director of this movie. Michael Bay definitely knows how to use the characters in his movie. Some characters have truly strong scripts in the movie. Transformers 2 is really going to make news headlines this year.

The preliminary scene, which was filmed at an old steel factory in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is said to be Shanghai, China. The Auto bots are taking down a Decepticon Audi R8. This gang of Autobots consists of The Twins, an ice cream truck that divides into two smaller bots, Arcee, a hot pink female motorcycle bot, Wheels, a go-kart bot, Stinger, probably a Porsche, and Ironhide, the GMC pickup truck and weapons expert from the earlier Transformers.

They trail the R8 but cannot catch it. This might seem like a flaw as it was a 5 on 1 situation, and therefore the R8 should have been caught. Anyway, if the Audi managed to escape the 5 bots you can visualise the thrill and action involved in the opening scene.

Barricade is another pleasurable character from the movie Transformer 2. He is in fact a multifarious robot. He is measured as grouchy even by Decepticon values, yet is eager to offer Starscream the advantage of the qualm and do whatever he asks him. Barricade considers sturdily that Starscream has high worth level in the search for Megatron and the All Spark.

In several ways, this makes Barricade a very close ally of Starscream in the naturally aggressive Decepticon ranks. It is also said that he is a master in tricking people into trusting him. Barricade likes the impression on people's face when they find about the reality behind their trust in him.

Barricade made his character strong with his attitude. He is unpredictable, even to his fellow Decepticons. If he had been following the same general principal of killing all the Autobots, then Barricade might not be liked as much he is now. Barricade is designed to be very deadly. He always enjoys fights with Autobots. He is so keen to show his smart nature and perplex his opponents with his intelligence. He is highly trained for all kind of combat.

He is not inclined to kill every time he fights an Autobot. This makes Decepticons a bit uneasy. But still, keeping any Autobot alive is always subjected (??) to be of some benefit to the Decepticons. This is what makes Barricade even smarter. This usually does not work out as planned, so he gets some fingers pointing towards him. - 23806

Facts About Transformers 2-Cybertron

Transformers 2 is due to be released soon, and so the expectation and exhilaration of its fans is soon going to be ended with the release of the film. The plot of the film is very exciting and has been revealed to some degree recently, and before that there were many teasers and previews which kept the anticipation building up.

The Transformers are breed from outside the earth and they disembark from Cybertron, a place which has its own civilisations and behaviour, and hence the transformers are often termed as Cybertronian species. The transformers are thought to have survived for millions of years. The Cybertronians are long-standing creatures and have power reserves, with the powers being special to each transformer.

Millions of years old Cybertronians are usually rendered as being born from protoforms, which are vacant shells and it is only after they have been given the Spark that they become dynamic as the spark acts as their life force. In Cybertron, the lives of the inhabitants pass rapidly, and their bodies scrape over the point of time. The evolution of the bodies of the Cybertrons takes place within themselves and they age through updates.

Despite the fact that the Transformers from Cybertron are not human beings, they still do show a very few traits that resemble those of the humans. Some of the examples of these can be family relationships, existence of male and female Cybertronians, and others.

The contemplation of Cybertron being concurrent with the Transformers is rather an old one. There have been a lot of toy series with the name, and the turn of phrase has also emerged in the earlier Transformers motion picture. Transformers: Cybertron was also a toy line and animated series which was in fact aired in Japan. However, in America, the series aired as a sequel to the Transformers: Armada and Transformers: Energon.

Cybertron is not only the habitat planet for the Transformers, but it is also generally used while relating the body of the originator of the Transformers whose name was Primus. Cybertron is the imaginary home of the Transformers. In fact, the term Cybertron is the Japanese word for the Autobot. And as obvious from the film, it is the Autobots who are the Transformers and hence are called Cybertronians.

Although, Cybertron is only the imaginary home of the Transformers who are called Cybertronian because of their origin, the thought of the Cybertron has gained enormous fame with the first Transformers movie., with the Revenge of The Fallen, which is going to be released soon , the fans are in massive prospect after seeing all the previews and the thrilling trailers.

There are copious people who are diehard fans of Transformers and all the things correlated with the Transformers. Fans like those now don't have to wait long. And while they are keeping their fingers crossed for the motion picture to be released, they can take delight in the new partial view and the posters which have been put online.
