Witness History in the Making
Frost/Nixon is undoubtedly one of the most crucial American movies to be released this decade. This can be accredited to multiple factors, the most important (and obvious) being that this film tells the true story of one of the greatest treacheries in United States history--the Watergate scandal.
The cast includes Martin Sheen who plays journalist David Frost and Frank Langella who is President Richard Nixon. The movie is based upon interviews between the two following the Watergate scandal and talks about the actual events that happened and sorts out what was a confusing time for many Americans.
This movie is a must see. It is full of great actors and the movie is powerful and real like you were there.
The American people now have the opportunity to look into what will certainly remain one of the most bizarre and instable political eras of all time. Perhaps the most impressive factor concerning this movie is that it manages to remain interesting and intense completely throughout; films like this are often privy to be dull or become boring with additional views, but Frost/Nixon stands out in the crowd largely due to dramatic performances and a fantastic script.
